Christina grew up in Central Illinois where she attended Dunlap Schools and was a multi sport athlete at Dunlap High School. Upon Graduation, she attended Illinois Central College on a basketball scholarship and helped the ICC Women’s Basketball team win their first back to back National Championships. To finish out her basketball career and continue pursuing her Business degree, Christina attended Dakota State University in South Dakota. While in college, Christina would spend her summers learning the financial services industry working alongside her father,Keith.In 1996 Christina graduated from Dakota State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a minor in finance. Upon graduation, she began her career and joined AXA Advisors. In 1999, Christina and her father joined LPL Financial and opened their own independent financial services practice, Woertz Financial Group. In March of 2012, Keith Woertz and Christina merged their practice with that of Denis Cyr to form Cyr/Woertz Financial Group. Christina is fully licensed and has 18 years of experience providing asset management advice and services in the Central Illinois Area. Christina and her husband, Gavin, currently reside in rural Danvers with their two children, Garrett and Gage. Out of the office, she enjoys attending her local church and entertaining friends and family. Staying active is also very important to Christina. Some of her favorite activities include working on landscaping projects, hiking in the nearby woods, ATV riding, playing sports with the boys and helping with the basketball clinic at the local grade school. |
